Two More Weeks?

On Thursday I called Senator Snowe's office again to touch base, and see if they could find out when I would get a date for Luis intervie w. She said she had spoken to them earlier in the week but, she would call again and see what was happening and get back to me.

Friday morning she called to say that she had spoken to the NVC and that everything was all set, they had contacted the consulate in Guayaquil, and that I should have the date in a couple weeks. She said that this specific consulate doesn't have a very big back log of appointments, so we should know the date by sometime next week and have the rest of the paperwork from the NVC by the end of the following week. So in short, I should know the date and be ready to go to Ecuador at the end of two weeks. Now all we need are the funds to get there.

Jaden and I are hoping to be there for the interview, it will be more supporting evidence for them to see if we can go. We would ideally like to be there for about a month so that Luis' family can have some time with Jaden.

Please pray for:
1. A speedy scheduling of the interview.
2. Funds for tickets and Luis' physical.
3. Safe Travel.
4. A positive result from the interview.
5. No problems actually obtaining the visa.
